He was joking. LOL. Looks like it may be a later model Jeep, Rambler pump. He wishes he had a pump like that for his Dodge. In WW2 the Sherman tank was fueled by a PUMP about the same size as a Dodge Pump. No wires needed here. silly wires. Bill
