I have been taking card for several years. Always over the phone.
I did have a customer say that I had run his cards at least six times calling some nasty 900 number in the middle of the night.
What we found out was that the fraud took place with the credit card processer that handles my business.
Don't know if the culpert was ever found, but the customer got his refund on the charges.
