Once you get the axle rebuilt, I recommend you buy some locking hubs. If you don't need the 4wd very often, you can save a ton of wear and tear on your axle shafts, bronze bushings, differential, etc. Vintage Power Wagons has them, but they may also be available elsewhere.
Also, with regard to the inner axle shaft seals, I recently found double-lip neoprene seals of the same dimensions as the originals. National Seal part number 470451.
