I bought another PW seat at a junkyard. The fabric was shot but I only needed the springs. I removed the good ones from the passenger side and used them to replace the bad ones in the seat I was keeping. Just need to un-wire the springs and wire the better ones back in place. Put in new padding and my wife reupholstered it. Be sure to restitch the new padding to the springs so it doesn't move or bunch up.
