the town i work in had one of its fireman/mechanic doing an oil change in the back yard of the fire station. the jack slipped out and the vehicle fell on him. he was alive at the time but the weight of the suv mad it so he couldnt talk or breath. finally someone went out and saw him, it was to late.the sad sad part was the fellow fire fighters were less than 20 feet away and didnt here the jack slip.very very sad day. i knew him enough to say hello to. nice guy, the cheif is the guys father in law. i ALLWAYS go the xtra mile to block a vehicle now.
