They are notoriously weak. They had discs on the rear with tiny 4" diameter shoes on the inside hub of the disc...if you can picture.
But yes...It was the next thing I fixed :)
That car was my first body off restoration. I did it in my girlfriends moms 2 car garage.
Mom wasn't impressed :)
