Nose Clip position

I need some help with the nose clip on my PW and I am sure this is a basic question.
When looking at my radiator and nose clip from the front..it is not level..in fact it is 1 inch lower on the drivers side....
Is there room to adjust the nose clip in the supports to bring it back to level?
