I think you are right about the tailgate being reskinned . I managed to get one of the pins out of the torched hinge and am soaking the other one before going at it . Not sure about what aproach i will take on welding the bits back together - but I am focused on finishing the floor - I can see the end .
Did you get my letter and the enclosed postage fee ?
