I'm sure that scam alerts posted here have the best intentions of protecting everyone who visits here from dishonest practices. I don't want to be responsible for items getting posted here that would disparage someone, or their business, that may come back to haunt me, or this forum.

If you want to post a link to a public document, or from a court proceeding, its one thing. Accusing someone based on heresay, or a forum post is not cool.
