It's an automatic thingus that searches the web and replies, hoping to glean I.D. info.
You can tell by the time is uses "item" instead of something specific to your ad. Not how the rest of the email is alos generic- asking for a pic when there is one already, asking questions that have already been answered.
I get them for craiglsist ads. Don't reply to any of them, every bit of info they get benefits them, NOT you.
