Yeah, I was thinking about that some more after I posted. The non-swivel frame truck would tend to lose traction at one of the rear wheels, whichever one is on the same side as the front wheel that is up on a hill. For example, if the right-front wheel is climbing up a hill, then the right-rear wheel would tend to want to come off the ground as the frame twists, thus causing that wheel to lose traction.
