there might have not been a reason to change all along, as I have never really heard of problems with the pumpkins
guess in those days they wanted to make em even better
I was just curious if that was a special dodge or military thing particular to them or the industry in general.
do the richmond gear pinions use the ole style cotter pin and nut or the late model dodge style with the one time locking nut
