Although I have vacuum wipers, I think the arrangement is the same-beveled piece goes outside and there is a notched (keyed) hole that the wiper shaft goes through in the cab that keeps the motor from moving. I had a nut that screwed down that secured the angled piece then the wiper arm knurled piece and the the wiper arm fits on the splines.
