and reality is there are many many more cities jsut like it. in december of 2009 Flint announced the plan to bulldoze 50% of all housing. last year detroit announced a plan to bulldoze 25% of all houseing. and that might not be enough. but it aint just MI. citeies in NY, OH, IN, IL, TN, MD, CN, WI, and more have massive empty commercial and residential real estate as far as the eye can see.
