I am with Will. A little fabrication and you can easily ass a hydraulic slave for the clutch. Then you will have both pedals suspended. I use NAPA 35085 Clutch
Master Cylinder on all my trucks. This MC was also used in the Mid 1970's on OEM Dodge Trucks with 318 engines. It also is a perfect Master Cylinder to match to a Dodge or GM, NV-4500 Slave. The picture is this Clutch MC. Since your planning on going suspended on the brake pedal, I strongly urge you to consider going with hydraulic clutch.
Regarding the Brake MC. SInce your going with a suspended pedal, you will be relocating the MC to the firewall. This gets the MC up out of the road slop and is easier to work on. Its a great time to upgrade the brake system to a dual circuit system for safety.I use NAPA 39435 Brake Master cylinder on all my trucks. This is used on a 1991 Chevy V3500. It has a 1 & 5/16 bore which gives nice pedal reserve. The MC is designed for a Disk/Disk system. Your plan to use it on a Disk/Drum sysem will require adding a residual pressure check valve with a 10 PSI rating for the rear axle Drum Brakes. The front Disk brakes do not require that check valve. Since you are going to run a Disk/Drum system, you will not need to use a Brake proportioning system on the front and rear brakes.
