We have run Power Service Fuel Supplement(white bottle) with no Problems.
In your area I would recommend Power Service "Arctic Express"(Blue bottle)
The Red bottle "911" Is just that Emergency Use Only(after the fuel has Gelled)
NOT Recommended for continuous use or to prevent Gelling which it WILL NOT>.
There are other great products out there but Power Service has never let us down.
And when Bitter Cold I will "Over Dose"!
