In my opinion, for $25k, you have the right to expect an engine and running gear with NO issues. Of course, you have not displayed pictures of the truck, but I can't imagine a truck being worth that much with any potentially serious issues. Suggest that the owner address and correct the problems (overheating, hesitation, noise, etc.) and call you when done. Jerry Henry
