Sorry to hear about these things. Life is not fair, and it's way too short. I hope you can get him up there with you so you can care for him. By the time my mom decided she wanted me to move her here, it was too late. I am so glad to have most of my kids here in the same town, and the one who isn't is only in Western Washington.
