It's sad, but you never know what the motive is. I am trying to sell my home, which has been in the family since built in 1865. 5 generations have been here, and all of my family agrees it's time to move on. Away from historic preservation rules, ordinances, nosey neghbors, etc. A bigger building to have fun in will serve my family a whole lot better, especially if it's off the normal path. Call it a "resettlement" I guess, but I can't wait for the day to come. Maybe the guy who sold the truck gat a Challenger or two to pass on to his kids:)
