must have had a dry ujoint. the Ujoints in these trucks are good units but they work twice as hard as a modern trck in some ways. mainly the RPMs they are spinning are extremely high. at 55 it would be the same driveline rpm roughly as a modern truck driving 90. those babies are moving! can never grease too often.
