while driving up to guanacaste to deliver some
blanks to a client, I stopped off the side of the road and bought some coyol wine that comes from a palm tree that they cut get the sap and let it ferment, pretty good stuff and it does wonders for your interior flora, it did such wonders that I wanted to get some more, but did not want to drive to guanacaste, luckily there was a little left in the bottle so I juiced a pineapple and poured it in the same bottle and vala a day later I had pineapple champainge which I keep making using the jungle microbs, which I will guard under lock and key to keep my special variety of pineapple moonshine--lol
too bad they gotta take the whole tree, but you get a lot a brew, seems like they could just notch or tap it like a maple tree
