As much as I like Mopar vehicles, I don't think I'd ever purchase one built during the Daimler or Cerberus years.
I'm cautiously optimistic about current Chrysler products (including Ram and Jeep), however only time will tell if they have the nagging quality issues under control-the ones that put their sales in the toilet and nearly forced them out of business.
Heater core and blend door issues are rampant problems with late 1990's and up Chrysler products, and to top it off it’s engineered so that the only available "real" fix starts with the words "remove the entire dash assembly".
