Totally understand. So many families up here either have their parents in the Lower 48 or their kids move down. We are so fortunate that our son and his family have elected to stay here, only six miles away and hopefully across the street once they find a house builder that can do a good job. I know we will never leave up here although I am getting tired of moving snow around when it's -20 and blowing. Small price to pay I guess for the wonders of this state.
