Congratulations Tim. I found my 4 poster, 12,000 disassembled and brought it home in pieces with boxes of parts. 'Got on line and had the manufacturer send me a pdf file of the installation manual. It took three reads before I clearly had it assembled in my head and started the layout. As you mentioned--a great winter project. When you finish, you'll be giving your kids and neighbors rides, up and down!
