I don't think selectros have the correct spline profile for the PW axle shafts. Mine had to be driven on with used shafts and I think Will in IL had to switch back to flanges because with an NOS shaft he couldn't install them. Researching axle upgrades I found that in addition to axle size and spline count there are different profiles and I think the selectros do not use the correct one. All this said I bought drive flanges for an 80 dodge dana 60 and brand new chromoly 35 spline axle shafts and I have to use a dead blow hammer to drive those on. Maybe there is just enough tolerance that sometimes the fit is just that tight.
