They aren't really exceptional circumstance to me, or really anyone else who uses their trucks in hot climates. If you just pick up groceries or 50lb christmas trees, then you can probably rest easy about your trucks temperature gauge. If you are going to use your truck to it's capacity (off-highway, heavy loads), you should EXPECT overheating.
