Hi Mike,
Mine were 19.5's on both my 93 3500 as well as my 2005 3500 & I'd never run anything other than 19.5's on a dually. They're just so much heavier duty & the sidewall is like at least double. In 300K miles I never got a flat on either truck. I ran 245's & they fit no problem without spacers.
