The key CC# 271422 is the same used on the M37 PTO drive shaft yokes. A.B. Linn under part sources sells those.
The center bearing insulator is not reproduced, as yet, to my knowledge. You can make one using the dimensions of a NOS part:
3/8D x 1/2W x 13L
You can try locating one using NSN# 2520-00-214-3685 with MV surplus part guys
