Not exactly inherent problems, but one thing to remember is maintenance. At 90,000 miles the truck is about due for a transmission/transfer case drain and fill, new serpentine belt, new timing belt (or chain?), new water pump, probably new spark plugs unless these were kept up on, and probably a radiator flush (the anti-freeze in my 4.7 was looking pretty dirty at 100k).
I don't want to discourage you buying the truck, but bringing maintenance up to date is easily overlooked. Maybe you can make a deal to include some or all of these and have it all done before you pick it up. I'd hate for you to buy the truck and have a water pump go in a few thousand miles - mine just went on my commuting car a few weeks ago and it was not a pleasant surprise!
