As Dan advises, put your stock paint into clean bottles for your later use.
However I would add to use Bloxygen to help preserve the paint for a long time in the bottle. IF you do not it will skim over and degrade.
Just a little puff from the aerosol can is enough to remove the oxygen just over the paint. This is a trick I learned from the autobody store site, and use it on all my paint now when it is stored.
