Thanks to everyone for your answers. I do anticipate talking to a paint supplier but there are many out there. sounds like PPG is a good start. I buy tons and tons of their marine paint. I think I've decided to paint the underbody stuff (bed supports, runningboard supports with the zinc and topcoat but the exposed and visible stuff will be the proper automotive finish. All my parts are off the truck and I was going to paint them then hang them.
