tailgate chains

Just a warning: I bought VPW's tailgate chains assuming they would be correct for our FFPW. Wrong - they're 4 inches too short. VPW's stuff can be hit and miss. Reminds me of the non-concentric wheel bearing nuts they supplied or the brake T fitting which was mangled beyond use. Then there were the bed mount pads where the round ones with the tit were twice the thickness of originals or those "mighty" wipers which will strip out if a bug lands on your windshield. Sorry for the rant, but how hard is it to get tailgate chains the correct length. I'm definitely calling them on Monday. Then there was the reproduction running boards with one of the center holes punched in the wrong location....
