The wheels are ones I had made by Stockton Wheel in Calif. They were closed down for a while, but I understand are now open again.
They are a one piece rim, hence allowing these tires, which are tubeless radials, to be run that way. They have a special selection of older style wheels that are made to match the old split rims in a one piece rim.
The tires are no longer available. They are Buckshot QR7816, which were made by Denman. There is a similar tire now made under the name "Maxxus", but they are wider than the old Denmans.
