If you are referring to the transfer case repair, no I have not had to do it again. I made some improvements to the t-case that year and it is working very well. At the recommendation of Mike Fleig I set the bearing pre-loads at the bottom of the spec. The case makes much less heat at highway speeds than previously. I also am more paticular on how much gearlube is put in the case. That was the real problem. I had it overfilled and did not allow for expansion.
