The mounting is the same. Use (4) .650 standoffs between the box and the mount.
The input shaft/spline is a couple different sizes on the GM box. Sorry, I dont have the input shaft sizes written down.
In my application on my M37, a 66 Caddy Pitman arm worked great on the GM Saginaw Box. However, keep in mind I fab'ed my own mount base in a slightly different location.
