It is a primary violation in Texas, Judge has discression on how much money i.e. weather conditions rain etc also location school zone etc. Gonna cost at least $125.00 and no drivers ed to reduct price.
All passengers front and back must be belted in. Each passanger that is not wearing a seat belt also get's a ticket.
