i think that was the option that came with the belt pully assories. i say that because my buddy had one with the belt pully on it. it was because the truck would sit while you were using the back of the truck {belt pully} such as a cord wood saw or something and tend to over heat a little.it also had a govener on the engine he had the saw rig and all. he got some good $$ for it also.
