The positioning of the wood blocks is pretty obvious, once you get under the truck and jack the cab up about 3". There is an angle on one side of the block that is relieved a bit to clear a little flange on the bottom of the cab. They will really only go one way. As Tom and Marty have said, you may need to add some rubber shims. I had to add 3/8" rubber between the blocks to get the hood to fit correctly. NO BLOCKS in the rear. NO SPRING on the driver's side.
