You are in WY ?
The truck was/is in CA?
Do you have any paperwork or email
correspondence detailing your consignment
agreement?
If so, contact the CA jurisdiction
having over the physical location
where the truck was listed on the paperwork.
Could be police - county sheriff - CHP.
Start there with a stolen vehicle report.
Let them investigate & determine
if the missing vehicle is a
civil or criminal matter.
