I just got some round stock, drill and tapped it on a 2 inch long piece. Then turn the small diameter for a snug fit and ground 2 flats on it so you can hold it with a standard wrench. I then cut it off the "tang". Screw is a standard button head allen. It all clears the standard door slot that way and is reusable.
