Those are the early 1110 lb. rated springs that were used up to serial number 83920916. They do offer a much better ride than the 1150 and 1600 rated springs that followed. These springs are also one reason the early trucks tend to sit lower in the front. They did tend to flatten out some when the truck was equipped with a winch.
