Hell, it could be 25. I don't see any reason to put it on the dyno, in my case. I can tell you that at 1800 rpm, it pulls a LOT harder than it did before. Whereas stock, it would only pull my hill in 2nd gear at 10 mph, it pulls it in 3rd no problem now. I actually have to get out of it to keep it from overrevving. The biggest single improvement came from milling the head. There's a noticeable seat-of-the-pants difference. It's still slow, but not nearly like it was.
