Hi Rocky, I joined the 318 Poly group on Yahoo. Some very knowledgeable guys there. The W300s had hyd cams and some of the cars of the era did too. Gary Pavlovitch a can set you up with a torque hyd cam. You would need the hyd lifters and push rods might be different. Probably can get the lifters at Napa or Kanter.

Also, I believe all Hemi, Poly and slant six lifters are the same. Not sure about hyd. though. Solids are.
