57 1 ton dually

I was wondering if any body knows how rare this truck is..
Its got factory extensions for the rear wheels - 7.5 bed wood floor...315 poly..80K original miles..no cancer...facotry paint..surface rust...wrap around glass rear...
Pictures coming in a few minutes.
I have never seen such a trcuk...and have no idea its worth..guesses welcome
