I would seriously look into a pole building to start with. Perhaps only the roof for now. If that is how you go, be sure to do some diagonal bracing like Glen suggested, either cable or 2x6 so it doesn't blow over.
You can dig the holes for the posts, set them in the ground, plumb, brace and pour concrete around them. Slab can go later. Do you have a Ziggy's lumber or some other company that might sell kits?
