Here are some things that Legacy could do that would benefit the PW community insofar as swaps that the average Joe could utilise when needed/wanted, including selling the parts to make it happen:
1) Detail a complete Dana axle swap with disc brakes while keeping the 5-lug factory pattern.
2) How to install an NV4500/NV5600 behind the L6, LA, B and RB engines.
3) A complete B/RB conversion with different transmission/transfer cases.
4) Installing a different fuel tank from a donor truck (fuel injected or carbureted).
5) The holy grail- a REAL wiper conversion that actually works.
6) Steering column swaps or self-cancelling turn signals.
7) STOCK-appearing pedal upgrades that allow more foot room and brake/clutch options.
8) DIY power brakes utilizing the floor-mounted pedals.
9) Steering wheel adapters for the stock steering column.
10) Heater and air-conditioning installs that aren't botch jobs (like my truck was when I got it).
11) List or make entire bolt/nut/washer restoration kit.
12) Electronic ignition conversion for the L6 (I've done this one- a HECK of an improvement).
13) How to install a MOPAR hi-amp alternator on your L6. (Another one I just tackled).
14) Two-barrel to factory intake adapters. (I just fabbed one up at work the other day).
15) A true bolt-in power steering setup that doesn't require notching the frame (i.e. a modded factory box or new one altogether) or using the Fix-It-Again-Tony (oh, wait- that's Fiat) power steering pump. I don't see why a factory 273 one wouldn't work.
That's just off of the top of my coffee-less mind at the moment. These are things that SOME of us would love to see be made/shown. Anyone else got any ideas?
