Where do you get a clutch disk?

I'm looking for a relined clutch disk, and nobody seems to have them around here. I tried the RCF319 number in the PIF, and RCF446 which Napa found but nobody can get them. Perfection Clutch lists Federated Auto parts as one of their distributors but our local Federated guy say "my warehouse can't get it". I asked at the big Napa in Spokane who re-lines clutches around here and they said there used to be a guy up in Hillyard but he died. So, what do you do?
