I restored and had a 1949 Packard, my first car I bought for $200 when I was 15. From the photos posted it doesn't look like 1949/1950 vintage.
Packards were great cars and were so smooth. Wish I still had mine. You could lay completely across the backseat, a nice option as a teenager...
