new drum would be 14.120-14.125 or so. ?When you knw the given size of brakes on a drum system that is the size of an unworn drum. so PW shoes are 14 & 1/8" x 1 & 3/4 " so drums woul be approximately that. sometimes slightly undrsize when new.
