A guy I used to know had his van for sale for 8 grand . No one called or looked at it . He mentioned this to a dealer friend of his who told him that he was not asking enough . So he raised the price to 12 grand and got four calls that weekend . First or second guy came by and bought it . Third guy offered more than the asking price . this was back in 78 - 80 , I doubt much has changed .
